 Before consulting the on-line ads, one should know the reciprocal agreement between the owner and the student The owner promises to :1. Produce the required documentation for the payment of the housing assistance The student promises to :1. Pay the rent at the date fixed by the contract2. Subscribe to a multi-risk household insurance 3. Regularly look after the housing 4. Be respectful of the calmness of the neighbourhood.
